This lively event can be held at your school, library, or community center. Designed especially for preschoolers
and early-elementary aged boys and girls, Story Dance
Time is a learning activity filled with music, movement,
and creative fun. Children in attendance (along with their parents or caregivers) are invited to dance, play, and use
their imaginations in this hour-long event.
Story Dance Time includes:
-dancing original stories to music -listening games
-moving to music -reading readiness activities
-rhythm instruments and stage props
-improvisational dances and pretend play
-Popular story themes include: animals, space,
fairies, nature, and everyday-kid-stuff.
Move and groove at your preschool
to some toe-tapping tunes.
